SNOWY WEEKEND COLLECTION RECOVERY FUND UPDATE:

Unfortunately, during the weekend of January 24–25, 2026, due to the snow and ice, we had far fewer Mass participants, which resulted in a collection of $2,477.00 Since we need a weekly collection of $14,000.00 in order to meet our budget, we will be having a Second Collection not for the Building Campaign Fund, but rather for the Snowy Weekend Collection Recovery. Thanks to all of you, we have surpassed our goal in recovering that weekend’s collection with a final collection amount of $14,254.52. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR GENEROSITY

Lamentablemente, durante el fin de semana del 24 al 25 de enero de 2026, debido a la nieve y el hielo, tuvimos muchos menos participantes en la Misa, lo que resultó en una recaudación de $2,477.00 Dado que necesitamos una recaudación semanal de $14,000.00 para cumplir con nuestro presupuesto, realizaremos una segunda colecta no para el Fondo de la Campaña de Construcción, sino para la Recuperación de la Colecta del Fin de Semana Nevado. From the Pastor's Heart/DESDE EL CORAZÓN DEL PASTOR

  Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! On behalf of our church, I thank ALL the people that helped to make our Patron’s Feast DAY a true celebration of our LIFE in Christ! Thank YOU!!!

   In preparation for Holy Week, I cordially invite you to participate in our Stations of the Cross this Friday. This will be one of the best ways to truly prepare ourselves for Holy Week that will begin this next weekend.

   As we prepare for Holy Week this next week, we place our attention on Jerusalem. Jesus is condemned to death by Pilate, and by extension, the People who yelled, “Crucify Him! Crucify Him!,” also crucified Our Blessed Lord Jesus. Later, they said, “Let His blood be on us and our children”.

  Their words are our words every time we sin. It is sin that has wounded our relationship with Christ, and it is by His wounds that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24).

   Therefore, let us enter into the fullness of this year’s Holy Week, so that we can celebrate the Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday/Easter Vigil/Easter Sunday) with holy fervor and zeal!

  On Thursday, March 19th, we celebrated the Feast Day of SAINT JOSEPH. How can we practically include him into our daily lives as Catholics? POWERFUL INTERCESSOR: We can ask him to PRAY for us, since he is the Husband of Mary, Foster Father of Jesus Christ, Patron of the Universal Church and the Terror of Demons.                    THUNDEROUS SILENCE: Even though the Bible does not mention much about him, we hear and see the incredible relationship that he had with our Blessed Lord. The silence from his life continues to incredibly bless our lives!!

   INCREDIBLE FAITH: His faith moved mountains by being obedient to our Heavenly Father.

   COMMITTED FATHER: He was committed to provide the temporal needs for Mary and Jesus: Food, Water, Shelter and Clothing. The shelter was built by his own hands.

   HOLY HUSBAND: The Bible says that Joseph was a just man (Matthew 1:19). To be just meant to be holy. May all of us strive to be like Saint Joseph! Have a blessed weekend!

   ¡Saludos en el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo! En nombre de nuestra iglesia, agradezco a TODAS las personas que ayudaron a hacer de la fiesta de nuestro Patrono una verdadera celebración de nuestra vida en Cristo. ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS!

   En preparación para la Semana Santa, los invito cordialmente a participar en nuestro Vía Crucis este Viernes. Esta será una de las mejores maneras de prepararnos para la Semana Santa que comienza el próximo fin de semana.

    A medida que nos preparamos para La Semana Santa la próxima semana, centramos nuestra atención en Jerusalén. Jesús fue condenado a muerte por Pilato, y por extensión, el pueblo que gritaba: «¡Crucifícalo! ¡Crucifícalo!», también crucificó a nuestro Señor Jesucristo. Más tarde dijeron: «Que su sangre caiga sobre nosotros y sobre nuestros hijos».

    Sus palabras son nuestras palabras cada vez que pecamos. Es el pecado el que ha herido nuestra relación con Cristo, y es por Sus heridas que somos sanados (Isaías 53:5 y 1 Pedro 2:24).

   Por lo tanto, entremos de lleno en la Semana Santa de este año, para que podamos celebrar El Triduo Pascual (Jueves Santo, Viernes Santo y Sábado Santo/Vigilia Pascual/Domingo de Pascua) con santo fervor y celo.

  El Jueves 19 de Marzo celebramos la fiesta de San José. ¿Cómo podemos incluir a San José en nuestra vida diaria como católicos?

   PODEROSO INTERCESOR: Podemos pedirle que interceda por nosotros, ya que es el esposo de María, padre adoptivo de Jesucristo, patrono de la Iglesia universal y el terror de los demonios.

   PROFUNDO SILENCIO: Aunque la Biblia no lo menciona mucho, escuchamos y vemos la increíble relación que tuvo con nuestro Señor. ¡El silencio de su vida continúa bendiciendo de manera increíble nuestras vidas!

   FE INCREÍBLE: Su fe movió montañas al ser obediente a nuestro Padre Celestial.

   PADRE COMPROMETIDO: Estaba comprometido a proveer las necesidades básicas de María y Jesús: comida, agua, refugio y ropa. El refugio fue construido con sus propias manos.

   ESPOSO SANTO: La Biblia dice que José era un hombre justo (Mateo 1:19). Ser justo significa ser santo. ¡Que todos nos esforcemos por ser como San José! ¡Que tengan un bendecido fin de semana!
